suggestion over generating self employment

Hi Friends I Deadly need your Suggestion on this I am going to Establish Small Scale Industry for the Aloe Vera Processing & Honey cultivation Plant

why people don't perform their own work properly they are waiting to find one shoulder to put their work on that  why people only want to take the credit  of success but the don't want to take the responsibility  so lets make one promise that we will do our work with honestly and  full responsibility never postpone  our work

Its a blunder that a stat govt., to earn some money they use the warehouse as bear house while huge amount of grains and food are stocked on the road in open atmosphere with out any protection 
FOR INDIA IT'S TRUE " NO ONE DIE WITHOUT BEAR BUT MANY ONE DIED..... DIEING ........... AND WILL BE DIE WITH OUT FOOD " ...........it's too sad but necked truth

earth hour

It's good to see that people off their light for one hour and joining the earth hour, it's not the matter of one day. we have to implement it in our daily life and we have to save electricity as much as possible in our rotten life not for the show off that ohhh we have so care for earth; no this feeling must be come from our heart and we must have to be serious about this matter otherwise in near future we have every thing except our amazing and lovely earth

why do people making so much noise on big B on see-link matter if he is there with cm so what happed this shows that people have not time to see their own house but just gossiping on other matter
