Its a blunder that a stat govt., to earn some money they use the warehouse as bear house while huge amount of grains and food are stocked on the road in open atmosphere with out any protection 
FOR INDIA IT'S TRUE " NO ONE DIE WITHOUT BEAR BUT MANY ONE DIED..... DIEING ........... AND WILL BE DIE WITH OUT FOOD " ...........it's too sad but necked truth
